SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
Shipments throughout Italy are made via express courier within 24/48 hours.
As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track the shipment in real-time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping throughout Italy is free for orders over €60.
Shipping within Italy costs €8. Cash on delivery costs an additional €3.
Shipping to Naples and Caserta costs €5, cash on delivery included.

PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments with:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Klarna or Scalapay (if enabled)
- Cash on delivery
Is the payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through certified and encrypted platforms.
We never have access to your bank details.
How does installment payment work?
By choosing Klarna as your payment method at checkout, you can buy now and pay later in 3 convenient interest-free installments.
Installments allow you to split the cost of your purchase into 3 equal payments. Payment for each installment will be automatically debited from the debit or credit card entered at the time of payment. Your first installment will be collected when your order is confirmed, and installments 2 and 3 will be scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Can I return or exchange a product?
Certainly. You can exchange sizes or products within 14 days of delivery. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product has not been worn or washed.
- It is in its original packaging and with the tag intact.
How do I request a return?
Write to us at gdgwear@libero.it with your order number, and we will guide you step by step.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of error or defect on our part.
Can I change the size?
Yes. If you chose the wrong size, you can make an exchange within 14 days.
Contact us, and we will help you check availability.
Can I request a refund?
Purchases made on gdgwear.it are subject to the right of withdrawal regulations provided by the Consumer Code. As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. GDG WEAR does not issue cash refunds but exclusively provides a digital voucher equal to the value of the returned product, excluding shipping costs. The voucher will be sent via email within 7 business days and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The voucher can be used in-store or for a new order on gdgwear.it. The voucher is not convertible into cash. Initial shipping costs and return costs are not refundable under any circumstances.

Are your garments Made in Italy?
Yes. All GDG WEAR products are designed and manufactured in Italy, with selected fabrics and attention to detail.
How do GDG WEAR garments fit?
The fit is regular but with a streetwear cut.
If you prefer a tighter fit, we recommend one size smaller.
You will always find an updated size guide on the product page.
Do you make oversized sizes?
Some garments have an oversized fit indicated in the description.
